About Zoë Better Than Rawhide BBQ Treats

We’re all about keeping the vibes relaxed and the flavours bold—and that includes treats for our four-legged friends. While you’re flipping sliders on the BBQ, your pup can get in on the action too. Zoë BBQ Treats come in lambpork, or beef varieties and are packed with smoky, meaty flavour. Like all Zoë treats, they’re rawhide-free, easy to digest, and made with real, wholesome ingredients. Because dogs love BBQ season just as much as we do.

Ingredients for Mediterranean Burger Sliders

For the patties:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

To serve:

  • Mini burger buns or mini ciabatta rolls
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Sliced cucumber

How to Make Mediterranean Sliders

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground meat, onion, garlic, mustard, breadcrumbs, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and seasonings.
  2. Divide into 12 mini patties and shape to fit your buns.
  3. Grill over medium heat or cook in a cast iron skillet with a bit of olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Lightly toast your buns, then build: a dollop of tzatziki, a warm patty, and a few slices of cucumber. Serve warm!
