Baked Brie with Cranberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients for the Baked Brie:

  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package of Brie
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized pot, combine the cranberries, walnuts, honey, butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes a sticky, flavorful jam. Once done, reduce the heat to low to keep the jam warm.
  3. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange slices of baguette around it and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey and the baguette is golden and crispy.
  4. Remove the Brie and baguette from the oven. Transfer to a serving platter and spoon the warm cranberry jam generously over the Brie.

Whether you’re hosting a holiday party, attending a potluck, or having a quiet holiday celebration, this appetizer will wow your guests and keep everyone coming back for more. Don’t forget to treat your pup with a Zoë Super Bar.
